SRBIJAFILA XVI
IREX / REGULATIONS
ARTICLE 1.
SRBIJAFILA XVI, the 16th Serbian National Philatelic Exhibition with international participation, will be held from October 7 to 11, 2026, at the Army Hall in Belgrade.
ARTICLE 2.
The organizer of the exhibition is the Union of Philatelists of Serbia (SFS).
The exhibition will be technically implemented by the Organizing Committee, appointed by the SFS Executive Board.
ARTICLE 3.
The official website of the exhibition is: srbijafila.org.
All important information related to the organization, regulations, jury, exhibitors, and awards will be published on the official website.
ARTICLE 4.
The SERBIAFILA XVI exhibition is a national competitive exhibition with international participation.
The participation fee in the competitive and honorary classes is 1,200.00 RSD (10 EUR) per frame, except for the Honorary Class (I.1 – I.5) and Youth Class (B.10).
ARTICLE 5.
Eligibility to participate in the exhibition is granted to:
- Members of the Philatelic Federation of Serbia and members of philatelic organizations of the former Yugoslav republics (Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, and North Macedonia) without class restrictions in the Championship (A) and Competitive (B) classes.
- Members of any national federation that is a member of FEPA or FIP, provided that the exhibit relates to the area of the former Yugoslavia. This applies exclusively to the Championship Class (A.1 – A.2) and Competitive Class (B.1 – B.5).
ARTICLE 6.
The exhibition commissioner, on behalf of the Organizing Committee, collects applications for participation in the exhibition.
Accepted applications are assigned to the following exhibition classes:
I – HONORARY CLASS
I.1 Class of Honorary Exhibitors – Exhibits of great philatelic significance;
I.2 Official Class – Exhibits of postal administrations, postal museums, stamp printing houses, and others;
I.3 Jury Members’ Class – Exhibits by members of the jury of the SRBIJAFILA XVI exhibition;
I.4 Class of Certifiers and Potential Certifier Candidates – Exhibits of forgeries;
I.5 Other Exhibits.
A – CHAMPIONSHIP CLASS
A.1 Exhibits that have received at least one “Large Gold” medal (95 or more points) at previous exhibitions under the patronage of FIP, FEPA, FIAP, or FIAF, or at regional exhibitions;
A.2 Exhibits that have received a Grand Prix at exhibitions under the patronage of FIP, FEPA, FIAP, or FIAF, or at regional exhibitions.
Exhibits in the Championship Class are automatically awarded a “Large Gold” medal and all equally compete for the Grand Prix of the Championship Class.

ARTICLE 7.
Accepted sheet sizes:
- 210 × 297 mm (A4);
- 240 × 297 mm (A4+);
- 297 × 297 mm;
- 420 × 297 mm (A3).
All sheets must be numbered on the back or front in the order in which they will be mounted in the frames.
All sheets must be protected with transparent foil.
The exhibition organizer will take all necessary measures to ensure the safety of the exhibits from the moment of mounting until the moment of return.
ARTICLE 8.
The commissioner reserves the right to review the submitted exhibit and decide on its possible rejection if it does not comply with the rules.
In the event of any dispute, the decision of the jury and the organizers shall be final.
ARTICLE 9.
Each exhibitor may submit an unlimited number of exhibits.
Exhibits must be in Serbian, in the language of one of the former Yugoslav republics, or in English.
ARTICLE 10.
By submitting the application to the commissioner, exhibitors accept all provisions of these regulations.
An exhibitor who fails to present the registered exhibit or refuses the jury’s evaluation will not be allowed to participate in the next three exhibitions organized by SFS.
ARTICLE 11.
Juroring of exhibits will be conducted in accordance with FIP rules, based on the following point range:

Exhibitors in Class B.9 will be awarded only a certificate with the number of points achieved.
The Grand Prix Champion Class of SRBIJAFILA XVI is awarded by the jury among the competitors in Class A.
The Grand Prix Competitive Class of SRBIJAFILA XVI is awarded by the jury among the recipients of the Large Gold medal in Class B.
The decisions and evaluations of the jury are final and publicly announced in accordance with these regulations.
ARTICLE 12.
The Organizing Committee may award certificates and letters of appreciation to organizations or individuals for their contribution to the realization of this exhibition.
ARTICLE 13.
The application deadline is no later than September 1, 2026.
Exhibit registration is exclusively through the digital application form on the exhibition website.
The commissioner will notify exhibitors of exhibit acceptance no later than September 20, 2026.
Exhibits must be personally submitted to the commissioner on October 6, 2026.
Exhibits will be returned after the conclusion of the exhibition.
ARTICLE 14.
All exhibitors are required to submit the complete exhibit in digital form to the Exhibition Organizing Committee no later than September 20, 2026.
The complete digital exhibit will be published on the official exhibition website.
ARTICLE 15.
Digital exhibits must be submitted in the following format:
- PDF format – a single document containing the entire exhibit in the order of the pages, or
- JPG format – individual exhibit pages in separate files, numbered according to the page order.
ARTICLE 16.
All submitted digital exhibits must meet the following technical requirements:
Page format:
- A4 (210 × 297 mm), A4+ (240 × 297 mm), 297*297mm and/or A3 (420 × 297 mm), in accordance with Article 7 of these regulations.
PDF file:
- Resolution: minimum 300 dpi.
- Quality: no compression.
JPG files:
- Resolution: minimum 300 dpi (A4 page ≈ 2480 × 3508 px).
- Quality: Maximum quality (90–100%).
File naming:
- PDF: class-applicationnumber.pdf
- JPG: class-applicationnumber-page-XXX.jpg
ARTICLE 17.
All additional information can be obtained by exhibitors through direct contact with the Organizing Committee (Commissioner).
